Brew guide — fridge method

1. Put 1 bag in a jar; add 300 ml (10 oz) cold, filtered water. Press to submerge.

2. Steep 12–18 hours in the refrigerator (longer = stronger).

3. Remove bag, dilute 1:1 to taste.

4. Serve over ice; keeps 3–4 days chilled.
   For concentrate: use 2 bags / 300 ml, then mix 1:1 with water or milk.
